Consular files: according to regulations. Contact details: 24 months. Technical logs: 12 months max. Cookies: 6 to 13 months.

Authorized agents, technical service providers (hosting, appointments), legal authorities. Data sometimes processed in the United States with contractual guarantees.

Necessary and audience measurement cookies (duration 6–12 months). Consent required for non-essential cookies.

Measures: encryption, access controls, backups, logging, staff awareness.

Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability. Contact us with proof of identity. Appeal possible before a supervisory authority.
